Delivery Time Manager
Open Yui → Sales → Shipping → Delivery Time Manager.
This area helps operations teams control when customers can schedule delivery.
Tabs you will work with
- Calendar
- Time Slots
- Holidays
- Excluded Days
Time Slots
Use Time Slots to define available delivery windows and capacity constraints.
Example use:
- Morning/afternoon/evening windows
- Capacity-limited premium windows
- Price-adjusted windows
Holidays
Use Holidays to block fulfillment on non-working dates.
Excluded Days
Use Excluded Days for dates that should not accept delivery even if regular slot rules would allow it.
Admin recommendation
Update this section before high-volume periods and public holidays.
This prevents invalid delivery promises from appearing in checkout.
