Shipping
Navigate to yStore → Sales → Shipping in the Control Panel to reach these tools.
The Shipping area controls which delivery options appear at checkout, where those options are available geographically, how their prices are calculated, and when customers can expect their orders to arrive.
How the shipping system works
The four concepts below work together to define the full checkout shipping experience:
- Shipping Methods are the named options a customer sees during checkout — for example "DHL Express", "Standard Post", or "Store Pickup". Each method has a label, a status, and a sort order.
- Zones define which countries or regions a method is available in. A single method can cover multiple zones, and each zone can have its own rules.
- Rates define what the customer is charged for a given method in a given zone. yStore supports flat rates, weight-based rates, and table rates (price breakpoints by order value or weight).
- Delivery Time Manager adds time-slot selection and calendar availability to supported carriers, letting customers choose a specific delivery window at checkout.
