Branding

• Configure the email logo, width, and height.
• Choose the header gradient or a solid header color for the email theme.
• Prepend and append text can be used to adjust subject lines consistently.

Sender identities

• General, sales, and customer support sender names and addresses are configured separately.
• These fields let the store send different templates from different identities.
• Keep the sender values aligned with the mail transport and inbox rules.

Footer and content

• Footer links can be selected from single entries for consistent email navigation.
• Customer email, SKU, and shipping weight can be shown in the email body.
• Email template style is selected from the available style list.

Debug and scope

• Debug email sending redirects outgoing mail to a single recipient for testing.
• Per-store overrides are supported when a store code is submitted.
• Use the store code context carefully so one store does not overwrite another store's email config.
