Orders

Use this section when working in Yui → Sales → Orders inside Craft CMS.
Each page below explains where to click, what each part does, and what to expect after saving changes.

General

Understand the order detail screen, quick actions, totals, customer data, and edit behavior.

Items

Add, edit, remove, and export ordered items, including tax display and locked-order behavior.

Attachments

Work with invoices, gift-card files, shipping labels, and order-item assets.

History

Read status timeline, admin comments, customer notification markers, and filtered history views.

Inspect quote-linked identifiers and client metadata collected during checkout.
