Tax Settings

Tax settings determine how product prices are interpreted and how tax amounts are shown in the storefront and admin UI. Saving changes can invalidate cached values and trigger rebuild work.

Product prices

• Mark product prices as tax inclusive or tax exclusive.
• Keep the setting aligned with the way your catalog prices are imported and displayed.

Display modes

• Select how product, payment, and shipping prices should be displayed.
• Set the cart and subtotal presentation separately when the frontend needs different display rules.

Tax rates

• The current tax rate table is shown on the page for quick review.
• Add or remove rules directly in the table rows.
• Keep region, ZIP, and rate values consistent with the jurisdiction model you use.
