Products

The Products section controls how catalog data is stored and presented in the control panel. It also defines whether pricing is shared globally or managed per store scope.

Pricing and scope

• Catalog prices default to a global scope so all websites can share the same values.
• Tier pricing can be enabled and assigned to either store customers or Craft user groups.
• Attribute pricing structures can be enabled when matrix-style pricing is required.

Variants and SKU

• Product variants can be enabled or left disabled for a simpler catalog.
• The variant generator is available when bulk variant creation is needed.
• SKU format, casing, number handling, and random generation are managed here.

Catalog defaults

• Default quantity and default weight are applied when new products are created.
• Product media handles can be set for local and remote assets.
• The product template and URI format are stored with the product settings.

Display and diagnostics

• Catalog price indication directives can be enabled and configured with a day count.
• Stock management and product save profiling can be toggled from this section.
• Keep the settings aligned with the storefront theme and import pipeline.
