General

Open Yui → Customers, then open a customer row to reach the profile screen.

Main profile fields​

In the General tab you can edit:

  • First name and last name
  • Email address
  • Telephone
  • Company
  • Identification number
  • Tax identification number
  • Customer group

After clicking Save, the plugin updates both the customer record and related customer element data used by the index/grid.

Right-side account panel​

The sidebar shows operational fields and switches:

  • Purchase without VAT
  • Subscribed (read-only)
  • Blacklisted customer (read-only state indicator)
  • IP address
  • Created / Updated / Last logged in

If account approval is enabled in settings, account status is also shown as:

  • Pending approval
  • Approved
  • Rejected

Where to use this tab​

Use General when you need to:

  • Correct customer identity or contact data
  • Move a customer to another customer group
  • Enable VAT-exempt purchasing for eligible business customers
