Loyalty Program

Turning on Loyalty Program reveals a tier table (Beginner, Bronze, Silver, Gold, VIP by default). Each tier has a label, a points threshold, and an enabled toggle — customers are placed into the highest tier whose threshold their accumulated points meet. Automatically lower tier controls whether a customer drops back to a lower tier if their balance falls below its threshold (e.g. after redeeming points), or keeps the highest tier they ever reached.

Verifying changes

After saving, test the earn/redeem flow with a sample order: complete an order to confirm points are credited on the configured status, cancel/refund it to confirm points are deducted back, and check the checkout page renders the redemption slider when Show on cart/checkout page is on.

See Use Cases for common setups and Rules for the full reference on the earning rules themselves — the rules that decide when points are given are managed separately, under Reward Points → Rules.
