Settings
Open Settings → Plugins → Posta (or the Posta → Settings control panel nav item once the plugin is enabled).
Connection

| Sandbox mode | Use Slovenská pošta's test API instead of the production API. Use this while validating credentials, labels, and tracking before going live. |
| Production credentials | API URL, username, and password for the live ePodaj API. Leave the API URL blank to use the default production endpoint. |
| Sandbox credentials | Separate API URL, username, and password used only while Sandbox mode is on. |
Use Test Connection after entering credentials to verify them against Slovenská pošta before saving -- it calls the API immediately and reports whether the credentials are valid.
Sender / pickup address
This address is sent as the sender on every Slovenská pošta shipment (company name, contact name, contact email/phone, street, city, ZIP code, and ISO country code). It must be filled in for shipments to be created successfully -- an incomplete sender address will cause label generation to fail.
Checkout and pickup points

| Enable Balík na poštu pickup points | Shows the post office pickup point selector in checkout. Turn this on only if the store intends to offer post office pickup as a delivery option. |
| Default country for pickup points | ISO 2-letter country code (e.g. SK) used when looking up pickup points. |
Pickup point results are cached for one hour per country/ZIP combination to avoid repeated lookups against the carrier's API.
Shipment defaults
| Field | Description |

| Default service | The Slovenská pošta service code used for new shipments: BA (Balík na adresu / home delivery), BP (Balík na poštu / post office pickup), EMS (EMS International Express), EK (Expres kuriér), or RL (Doporučený list / registered letter). |
| Default parcel weight (kg) | Used when an order has no shipping weight recorded. |
| Max labels per order | Maximum number of Slovenská pošta shipments allowed for a single order. Manual and automatic shipment creation are both blocked once this limit is reached. |
Automation
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Auto-create shipment on status | When an order reaches this order status, Posta automatically creates a Slovenská pošta shipment for it (subject to the label limit and shipment eligibility). Leave as Disabled to only create shipments manually from the order edit page. |
Where this is used
- The connection and sender settings apply to every shipment created, whether triggered manually or automatically.
- Checkout-facing settings (pickup points) only affect stores where Slovenská pošta is an active/visible shipping method.
